Submit a Request for Proposal
Serious projects deserve a serious response. Here’s how to get one.
We welcome RFPs for commercial and enterprise technology projects — the kind where reliable infrastructure isn’t optional and the details actually matter.
Every RFP we receive is reviewed by someone technical. You’ll get a real response — not a form letter and not radio silence. If we’re a good fit, we’ll tell you. If we’re not, we’ll tell you that too.
Start With a Clean Cover Page
Helps us get the right people involved, fast.
A simple cover page with the basics lets us triage your request and respond efficiently:
- Organization name
- Project name and brief description
- RFP issue date and proposal submission deadline
- Target project timeline (start date, go-live, phases if known)
- Primary point of contact (name, title, phone, email)
That’s all we need to get started. If anything else comes up, we’ll ask.
Scope and Technical Context
The more detail you share, the better our proposal will be.
Every project is different. Some RFPs are highly detailed; others are still taking shape. Both are welcome — but the more context you can share up front, the more useful our response will be.
Helpful details include:
- Project goals and what success looks like
- Number of locations and types of environments
- Technology needs — networking, security cameras, access control, VoIP, audio, or infrastructure
- Any performance, security, or compliance considerations
- Expected deliverables or milestones
If parts of the scope are still evolving, that’s perfectly fine. We’re comfortable working through those details together during the review process.
Site Documentation and Visits
Floor plans, diagrams, and photos go a long way.
If you have any of the following, including them with your submission helps us scope the work accurately and avoid surprises later:
- Floor plans or site drawings
- Existing network or system diagrams
- Photos of current infrastructure or site conditions
- Site addresses and any access coordination details
If a site visit would help — or if you’d like one — just let us know and we’ll coordinate with your team.
How to Submit
One email. That’s it.
Send your RFP and any supporting documents to: rfp@redriverintegration.com.
Attachments are welcome, or include secure download links if your files are large.
What Happens After You Submit
You’ll hear from us. Quickly.
Once we receive your RFP, we’ll review it and follow up to confirm next steps. If a quick scoping call or site visit would help us put together a stronger response, we’ll coordinate that directly with your team.
We approach every project the same way we approach the work itself: thoughtfully, thoroughly, and without wasting your time.
Questions Before You Submit?
Happy to talk it through first.
