Red River Integration (“RRI”, “we”, “us”) is a trade name of Branden LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company. All services are provided under this trade name. Red River Integration serves luxury residential and commercial clients in Oklahoma and Wichita Falls and surrounding communities in North Texas.

For commercial engagements (particularly in regulated industries such as Oklahoma medical marijuana operations, federally licensed firearms dealers, financial services firms, law firms, and tribal gaming properties) the handling of operational data is governed by the master service agreement, statement of work, and any applicable confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement executed between Red River Integration and the client.

Customer-owned infrastructure remains the property of the customer. Camera footage, access control logs, network telemetry, and similar operational data are recorded and retained on customer-owned hardware at the customer’s premises. Red River Integration does not maintain copies of customer operational data, mirror customer footage to cloud storage controlled by Red River Integration, or access customer systems outside of contracted service windows authorized by the customer.

If you enroll in a subscription or recurring service, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method in accordance with your service agreement. Billing terms, frequency, and cancellation policies are governed by that agreement.

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Information no longer required is securely deleted or anonymized.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them.

Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are implemented to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
