Enterprise-Grade Residential Technology Built Into Every Home You Close

Enterprise-Grade Residential Technology Built Into Every Home You Close

This program is for luxury and custom home builders who want to deliver best-in-class networking, security cameras, video doorbells, and integrated home technology without adding complexity to the build — and without inheriting support headaches after closing.

Your buyers expect connected homes that work. Your reputation depends on it. We make sure the technology delivers on the promise of the property — engineered, documented, and professionally supported from day one.

The Builder’s Real Problem

A frustrated buyer who calls you six months after closing because the Wi-Fi drops in the primary bedroom, the cameras are offline, or the smart home is a tangle of consumer-grade equipment that nobody can support — that’s not a technology problem. It’s a relationship problem. And it lands on you regardless of who installed the gear.

Our program exists to eliminate that call entirely. When we commission a system, we own its long-term performance. The homeowner has a direct support relationship with us. Your reputation stays clean and your team stays focused on the next build.

How the Program Works

Your low-voltage subcontractors handle the rough-in exactly as they do today — CAT6 runs to every room and outdoor coverage point, camera drops at planned locations, access point locations, rack placement, and structured cabling pathways. That work stays in your existing build workflow.

We take over after drywall. Termination, rack build-out, equipment provisioning, configuration on the Ubiquiti UniFi platform, performance testing, and homeowner orientation — all handled by us. Equipment is billed directly to the builder at builder-program pricing. There are no termination or provisioning labor charges on our side.

The one requirement: the builder funds a 3-year Managed Service agreement for the homeowner at closing. That agreement is what makes this work. It ensures the system has professional oversight from day one, it gives the homeowner a single phone number to call when anything technology-related comes up, and it keeps your buyers from ever calling you about a Wi-Fi problem again.

What the Homeowner Gets

Enterprise-grade Wi-Fi that actually performs. Properly designed coverage with no dead zones, fast device roaming across access points, stable connections across every room, every patio, and every outdoor area on the property. Built on Ubiquiti UniFi networking — the same platform deployed in hospitals, universities, and Fortune 500 corporate environments worldwide.

Hardwired security cameras with local recording. UniFi Protect commercial-grade cameras professionally placed for full property coverage, recording continuously to local NVR hardware regardless of internet status — no cloud subscription, no monthly fees, no vendor that holds the homeowner’s footage hostage. The homeowner owns the equipment. The homeowner owns the footage.

Video doorbells with reliable alerts and mobile access. Integrated into the same management platform as the cameras, the network, and the access control — not a separate vendor app for every device.

Modern access control where it belongs. UniFi Access for gates, garages, exterior doors, and any other entry point where credential-based access and audit logging make sense — particularly relevant for properties with staff, multi-generational households, or short-term rental components.

An enterprise-grade firewall and segmented network — clinical isolation between IoT devices, guest Wi-Fi, the homeowner’s primary network, and any work-from-home corporate access requirements.

A clean, professionally built equipment rack. Labeled, organized, properly cooled, and engineered for the long term — not a hand-tied tangle of consumer-grade gear stuffed in a closet.

Remote monitoring and proactive support. Issues get identified and resolved by us, often before the homeowner notices. The Wi-Fi just works. The cameras just work. The system just works.

And every system is designed to expand as the homeowner’s needs change — additional cameras, expanded access control, distributed audio, smart home automation — without ripping out infrastructure and starting over.

No consumer-grade mess. No “call this vendor, call that vendor.” One point of contact for everything.

Why Luxury and Custom Home Builders Use This Program

You keep your existing subcontractors on the rough-in. You eliminate termination and provisioning labor from your side of the build. You standardize technology quality and outcomes across every home you close. You give buyers the infrastructure they expect in a luxury or custom property — not the consumer-grade Wi-Fi router in a kitchen cabinet that they would buy themselves.

You stop receiving post-close support calls about technology you didn’t install, don’t understand, and can’t fix. Your superintendents stop fielding “the doorbell stopped working” calls six months after closing. Your warranty manager stops sending technicians out to reset routers.

Your homes look modern, connected, and well-considered. The technology becomes a selling point during the walk-through and a non-issue after closing. That is the product you want to deliver.

Built to Grow With the Home

The systems we install are designed as infrastructure, not gadgets. Additional cameras, expanded access control, whole-property audio, smart automation, gate intercoms, or higher-capacity networking can all be added later without touching finished walls or replacing what’s already in place. When the homeowner’s needs evolve — and in luxury and custom homes, they always do — we’re already in the relationship and ready to scale the system with the property.

Why Ubiquiti UniFi for Luxury Residential

The platform matters. UniFi delivers enterprise-grade hardware with local recording, local storage, and a single management console that handles cameras, doorbells, networking, access control, and intercoms from one platform. The homeowner owns the equipment outright. There is no mandatory cloud subscription to access their own footage or manage their own network. There is no vendor lock-in that turns into a renewal negotiation in three years.

It is the platform we deploy because it is the platform that delivers what luxury and custom buyers actually want: professional-grade infrastructure that performs, scales, and stays under their control.
