How It Works

  • Your low-voltage subcontractors perform the low-voltage rough-in (CAT6, camera drops, doorbells, access points, rack location).
  • We do not charge for terminating cables, building out the rack, or provisioning/configuring equipment.
  • Equipment is billed directly to the builder at discounted OEM pricing.
  • Only requirement: the builder funds a 3-year Managed Services (MSP) agreement for the homeowner at closing.
