How It Works

Your low-voltage subcontractors handle the rough-in — CAT6 runs, camera drops, access point locations, rack placement. That stays in your workflow exactly as it is today.

We take over after drywall. Termination, rack build-out, equipment provisioning, configuration, and testing — all handled by us. Equipment is billed directly to the builder at discounted pricing. There are no termination or provisioning labor charges on our side.

The one requirement: the builder funds a 3-year Managed Service agreement for the homeowner at closing. That agreement is what makes this work — it’s what ensures the system has professional oversight from day one, and it’s what keeps your buyers from ever calling you about a Wi-Fi problem again.
